SHIPPING
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 days from receipt of payment. Deliveries will be made within 24/72 hours in Italy and 2/7 days in the rest of Europe. You can also choose express shipping to receive your purchase faster. Shipping is free for orders with delivery in Italy and for orders over €250 in the rest of Europe.
Shipments to non-EU countries are handled under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. In this case, product prices do not include local taxes, VAT, or any applicable customs duties. All taxes and duties required by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid in order for the goods to clear customs.

RETURNS
To return your order, you can send us an email at ecommerce@bottaeb.it or use the appropriate link in your profile. You can make a return within 10 days from the receipt of the package. The goods must be shipped in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories present at the time of receipt.
We will provide all the necessary documentation for the shipment.
In case of a size exchange, the first replacement is free (subject to availability of the replacement item) and will be shipped upon receipt of the return.
In case of a return with a refund request, the shipping costs are:
Italy: € 8.00 - Europe: € 15.00 - Extra-EU: 30.00 €

REFUNDS
The refund will be made upon receipt of the return and after verifying the integrity of the product. The credit will be made to the card/account used for payment within 1-2 days after the return has been accepted.
