General conditions of sale

All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT.

Shipping cost

Shipments are made by courier. For any shipment are applied the following rates:

Currently we can't ship to Countries not listed in the table above.

Any customs duties on products are totally applied to the customer.

Shipments are made within 2 working days (Saturday and Sunday are not working days for couriers).
Once the goods are shipped, the delivery is made within 48/72 working hours via express courier (based on the selected shipping method).
We communicate the departure delivery and tracking number by email.
Shipments are made by courier Italian Post Office - SDA, DHL and UPS.

Payment methods

• PayPal and Credit Cards: you can pay securely using your PayPal account, your credit card or debit card. Registration is not required
• Credit Card: you can pay with your credit card, debit card, or Satispay easily and securely via the Banca Sella Axerve circuit. Verification via your bank’s app might be required
• Scalapay: you will pay for your order in 3 interest-free installments. To use Scalapay, you need to have an active account. If you don't have one yet, you can create it before confirming the payment. You can choose to pay with Scalapay for orders not exceeding €1500 (including any shipping costs). With the completion of the order, you will pay the first installment, and the following installments will be charged in the subsequent two months.
• Bank Transfer: pay by sending us a bank transfer. The bank details will be sent to you via email upon order confirmation. The shipment will be dispatched once the payment is credited
• Cash on Delivery (Only Italy): you can pay by cash upon delivery of your purchase. This payment option includes a € 6.00 surcharge that will be added to your order total.

Payment Security
We guarantee the security of payment and the data related to the credit card, as all payment transactions are made directly to PayPal on their secure server, and Botta & B Srl nor any other entity will know your personal data and credit card number.

Right to a refund and returned goods
Botta & B Srl recognizes the right to a refund as provided by law.
The deadline to exercise this right is 10 days from receivement of goods.
By that date, the customer is required to send a written notice to ecommerce@bottaeb.it and we will reply with all instructions on how to return the good/s.
Within 3 working days of receivement of goods, Botta & B Srl will carry out a refund for the exact amount that the customer paid for the purchase of merchandise.

The costs of return shipment are covered by the customer. Their cost is:

Return from Italy: 8.00 €
Return from EU Countries: 15.00 €

The cost of return will be retained from the order refund.

All returns must be shipped from the same country they were delivered.

Issuance of the invoice
The customer can specify different billing information from those used for shipping.
Once your order has shipped, the invoice will be attached to the shipment.
