SHIPMENTS

Shipments are made via courier. Shipping costs are distributed as follows:

At the moment, we do NOT ship outside the countries listed in the table.


Non-EU Shipments

Shipments to non-EU countries listed in the table are sent under DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) terms. This means that product prices do not include local taxes, VAT, or any applicable customs duties.
Any import duties and taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid to clear the goods through customs.

We recommend checking with your local customs office in advance regarding any additional costs. In some cases, the courier may issue a separate invoice upon delivery.


Delivery Times

Orders are shipped by bottaeb.it from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning. Couriers generally deliver within 1 to 5 days from the shipping date, depending on the service used. We are not responsible for any delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

Bottaeb.it is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or force majeure beyond the control of Botta & B Srl.

Orders for items that are in stock are shipped on the next business day following the order, subject to availability confirmation and bank verification for new customers.
During sales or promotional periods, shipping may take longer than usual.
In any case, bottaeb.it reserves the right to delay shipment due to force majeure.


Shipment Tracking

Once the order is shipped, customers will receive an email from the courier containing a tracking number and a link to monitor the shipment status.

In the event of customs-related delays, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or by bottaeb.it.


Order Delivery

Upon receiving the goods, customers are kindly requested to carefully inspect the package before signing as proof of delivery.

If for any reason the package appears tampered with or the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are advised to sign the delivery with a reservation or refuse the package.
If the package is accepted with an unauthorized signature or shows signs of tampering, customers should immediately report the issue to the courier and contact bottaeb.it at spedizioni@bottaeb.it.

All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with bottaeb.it and therefore commit to accepting delivery of their parcel.
If a package is not delivered due to customer-related reasons (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect phone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs and any customs fees will be deducted from the refund.

 

RETURNS

Pursuant to Article 64 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005), consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty, by contacting us via email at ecommerce@bottaeb.it or using the dedicated page in your user profile, specifying the reason for the return, within a maximum of 10 working days from the delivery date.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned item, once its condition has been verified.
Shipping and COD handling fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are entirely borne by the customer and are as follows:

Returns from Italy: €8.00
Returns from the EU: €15.00
Returns from extra-EU Countries: €30.00

These costs will be deducted from the total refund.

Return requests must be made within 10 working days.

Items must be returned intact, in their original packaging, and complete with all tags and components.

Once the return is authorized, BRT courier will contact you to schedule pickup. The shipping label will be sent via email.

Returns must be shipped from the same country in which the order was delivered.


Returns from Non-EU Countries

Returns from non-EU countries may be subject to import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount. A customs invoice will be provided as proof of any duties applied to the shipment.


Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Articles 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, if the customer is a consumer (i.e., a natural person purchasing goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or making a purchase without indicating a VAT number), they are entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty and without providing a reason.

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

  • It applies to the purchased product in its entirety. Partial withdrawal is not permitted.

  • For the right of withdrawal to apply under Legislative Decree 206/2005, the product must be substantially intact, as per Art. 67, paragraph 2.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation (e.g., spare parts). If possible, place the original package in a secondary box to prevent damage.

  • Do not place labels or tape directly on the original product packaging.

  • The product must have the same serial number as indicated on the invoice. Returns with mismatched serial numbers will not be accepted and the item will be returned to the customer, canceling the withdrawal request.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Until confirmed delivery to our warehouse, the shipment is the full responsibility of the customer.

  • In case of damage during transport, Botta & B Srl will notify the customer within 5 working days to allow a claim with the courier. The product will be made available to the customer, and the withdrawal request will be canceled.

  • The company is not liable for damage or loss during uninsured return shipments.

  • The returned item must arrive at our warehouse within 10 calendar days of return authorization. After this period, the shipment will be rejected and the withdrawal request canceled.

  • If the right of withdrawal is forfeited, Botta & B Srl will return the product to the customer and charge the shipping costs.

Without prejudice to possible deductions for damage to the original packaging or internal components (e.g., cellophane, boxes), the company will refund the full amount of the returned merchandise within 30 days of receipt, using the same payment method (credit card reversal or bank transfer).
