Shipments are made by courier. For any shipment are applied the following rates:

As required by the rules of the trade, all bottaeb.it shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items in Euro. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.
Any customs duties on products are totally applied to the customer
Orders are shipped from bottaeb.it, from Monday to Friday 9:00 to 13:00. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday morning. The courier service guarantees delivery within 24/72 hours of shipment, in accordance with the selected service (standard/express).
Bottaeb.it is not responsible for any delay due to custom operation and checks, or to other major factors outside of Botta & B Srl’s control.
Items readily available are shipped the first working day following that on which the order was placed, confirmation of availability and bank verification for our new customers.
During sales period or promotions, shipments may take longer.
In any case bottaeb.it reserves the right to postpone delivery in case of non predictable events.
Tracing of the shipment
When the order is shipped, customers receive an email from the courier with the tracking number and a link to track the progress of the shipment.
In case of delays due to customs, customers will be contacted directly by courier or by bottaeb.it.
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before signing off on a successful delivery.
If for any reason the box looks tampered or if the tape is not intact, clients are asked to accept the package from the courier and request to check box, or refuse delivery. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering of the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the carrier and contact bottaeb.it at email@example.com
All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with bottaeb.it and therefore agree to accept delivery of package. If the parcel is not delivered to client for causes due to customer (wrong address, the recipient always absent, incorrect number of telephone, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping charges and any customs fees will be deducted from refund due to the customer.
According to Article 64 of the Consumer (D. Legs Code. 6 September 2005 no. 206) the customer is entitled to a refund without penalty, specifying the reason by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by the returns page in your account page, within a maximum of 10 working days after delivery of goods.
Any return sent without our authorization will not be accepted.
The refund of fees paid will be made within 30 days of receipt of goods and once we see the actual state of the returned merchandise.
Process for the return and replacement of goods
Goods must be returned within 10 working days in original packaging, together with the delivery receipt.
The goods must be intact and complete in all its parts with original labels applied to the shipped goods.
Returns can be made by courier. The return courier's receipt must be kept until obtaining a refund. The costs of return shipment are covered by the customer.
All returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.
Returns from extra-EU Countries
Returns from extra-EU Countries are allowed and we will send you all the customs documents you need for the shipment. Please wait for our documentation before deliver the goods to the courier.
The costs of return shipment are covered by the customer.
Any customs fee you paid for the delivery will NOT be refunded.
Right to a refund
Under Article. 64 and of Legislative Decree. N. 206/2005, if the customer is a consumer (ie a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does the purchase by indicating in the order form in reference to VAT), one is entitled to terminate the purchase contract for any reason without penalty.
The right to a refund is subject to the following mandatory conditions:
The law applies to a product purchased in its entirety. A refund can only be exercised on the product purchased;
The company, in order to allow the right to a refund for a remote contract as provided by D. Lgsl. 206/2005, informs the customer that the product sold will be deemed substantially intact, pursuant dell'art.67 c.2 D. Lgsl. 206/2005, only in case of non infringement or opening of package by the buyer;
Products must be returned intact and in original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: spare parts, etc ...); to limit damage to the original package, we recommend, when possible, to put it in another box to better protect the product inside.
Attachment of labels or tape directly on the packaging of the product should be avoided in all cases.
Goods subject to the right to a refund must contain the same serial number reported on the sales invoice. If the goods have a different number from that reported on the invoice, the return will not be accepted and the product will be available to the customer for restitution, while canceling out the request for refund.
The shipping costs for returned goods are made by the customer.
Return shipments, until a certified receipt is received in our warehouse, is under the responsibility of the customer.
If the goods are damaged during transport, Botta & B Srl will inform the customer (within 5 working days of obtaining the goods), to enable the client to file a timely complaint against the courier and to obtain repayment for the value of the goods (if insured); in this case to the customer will have the possibility to return the product, while canceling out the request to a refund.
The company is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
The goods subject to the right to a refund must be in our warehouse within 10 solar days from the authorization date of return, after that date the shipment will be rejected and simultaneously the request to a refund canceled.
In case of forfeiture of the right to a refund, Botta & B Srl will return to sender the property purchased by charging the same shipping costs.
Subject to any repair costs due to damage to the original packaging and / or internal packaging (cellophane, boxes, etc.), The company will refund the customer the full amount of the returned goods within 30 days, by transfer of the amount charged to your credit card or by bank transfer.
