Payments

PayPal and Credit Cards: you can pay securely using your PayPal account, your credit card or debit card. Registration is not required
Credit Card: you can pay with your credit card, debit card, or Satispay easily and securely via the Banca Sella Axerve circuit. Verification via your bank’s app might be required
Scalapay: you will pay for your order in 3 interest-free installments. To use Scalapay, you need to have an active account. If you don't have one yet, you can create it before confirming the payment. You can choose to pay with Scalapay for orders not exceeding €1500 (including any shipping costs). With the completion of the order, you will pay the first installment, and the following installments will be charged in the subsequent two months.
Bank Transfer: pay by sending us a bank transfer. The bank details will be sent to you via email upon order confirmation. The shipment will be dispatched once the payment is credited
Cash on Delivery (Only Italy): you can pay by cash upon delivery of your purchase. This payment option includes a € 6.00 surcharge that will be added to your order total.

Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 days from receipt of payment. Deliveries will be made within 24/72 hours in Italy and 2/7 days in the rest of Europe. You can also choose express shipping to receive your purchase faster. Shipping is free for orders over €60 with delivery in Italy and over €250 in the rest of Europe. RETURNS
To return your order, you can send us an email at ecommerce@bottaeb.it or use the appropriate link in your profile. You can make a return within 10 days from the receipt of the package. The goods must be shipped in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories present at the time of receipt. We will contact and book the courier to collect the package, providing the shipping documentation. Therefore, there is no need to print anything.
In case of a size exchange, the first replacement is free (subject to availability of the replacement item) and will be shipped upon receipt of the return.
In case of a return with a refund request, the shipping costs are:
Italy: € 8.00 - Europe: € 15.00

REFUNDS
The refund will be made upon receipt of the return and after verifying the integrity of the product. The credit will be made to the card/account used for payment within 1-2 days after the return has been accepted.
